North of the 49th Parallel the Custodian Chief Executive is constantly hypno-tortured, repeatedly threatened with death, always stalked, harassed and provoked and the victim of slanderous character assassination by the Chinada complicit and loyal.  And he’s been and continues to be ignored by the entire Fiefdom treatise audience.  Nobody every calls or e-mails him.  Nobody!

South of it and across both the Pacific and Atlantic he’s respected, admired and in many quarters adored.  He’s continually reminded – like almost every hour of every day – where he stands in the history of historic international figures.  And that’s more than made up for what he’d experienced in his home country and the province and city that’ve been his residence since January 2004.

The first dimension of the Custodian Chief’s life to be emancipated was on the cognitive level.  Ever since the spring of 2003 he’s been riding a wave of ever-greater international attention – what he calls supra-celebrity.  It’s been so aggressively pursued he’s never returned to the nihilism he experienced throughout the 1990s and first couple years of the new century – what as a perpetual depression that almost pushed him to suicide and kept him thinking about it through that twelve year period.

He’s been the subject of so much attention by the movers and shakers of the world – world leaders, the uber-wealthy and super-celebrities, coalition partners were actually quite surprised he didn’t change one bit.  He’s remained the calm, contemplative and humble person they first observed when he was contacted through what evolved into the East-West Corridor of Diplomacy.

Beginning in 2006 he was both acknowledged and honored in word and deed.  The former initiatives are complied in The Creation of an International Persona: Part I*.  And the latter are chronologically identified in Retrospective on Coalition Appointments, Awards, Accolades and Acknowledgments.

During the November 6, 2009 broadcast of the ‘CBS Evening News’, Katie executed the lexiconic gesture jointly named after her and ‘Law & Order’ executive producer Dick Wolf – the Couric-Wolf Maneuver – when she used the phrase “lived the life of a superstar” during the intro of a segment on retired tennis pro Andre Agassi:

This comes just under two weeks after Taylor Swift released the new version of her ‘Fearless’ album; one in which six new songs were added.  The title to the fifth track is ‘Superstar’: Taylor Swift: Chinada Principals and Their Financers, Operatives and Sympathizers are All a Bunch of “Nutters”; and Just How Adored Taylor is Within the Coalition Partnership.
